Originally from Aylesbury, Mark has lived in Cornwall for the past 41 years. He has a degree in law from the University of Exeter and completed the Legal Practice Course at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice
Mark manages our Falmouth Office and is a partner working in both our commercial Conveyancing and Wills and Probate departments. He has more than 20 years’ experience in many areas of law including Lasting Powers of Attorney and deputyship, which involves creating and dealing with appointments of attorneys and deputies and where necessary acting on behalf of clients in these capacities.
He also has experience drafting Wills, administering and managing estates and trusts. Mark also deals in the sale, purchase and remortgage of higher value residential property, and commercial land and buildings (including, but not limited to, industrial premises, hotels and shops).
In addition to these areas, his experience extends to the transfer of equity or gifts of property interests, section 106 agreements, new estate developments and plot sales, as well as property leases, assignments and variations, auctions of land, agricultural property and farm sales.

- Registered a Manorial Right to operate a ferry in the Helford Passage, a right granted by the Duchy of Cornwall
Outside the Office
Outside of work Mark enjoys long-distance running and keeping fit. He Is a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists and is not afraid to admit to being a keen Manchester United supporter.

Mark has an LLB in Law and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
He has 22 years’ experience in property and private client matters.
My property work is supervised by Kieran O’Sullivan and my private client work by Andrew McClure.
I have known Mark in a professional capacity for a number of years now. He has made my previous Will and carried out the conveyances for the sale of my former home and the purchase of this one.
