Kieran was brought up in Cornwall and joined Nalders Solicitors as a Trainee Solicitor in 2005. Since qualifying in 2007, he has specialised in conveyancing law.
He deals with a wide variety of residential, commercial and agricultural land transactions including business sales, developments - including S106 agreements, purchase of units, easements, commercial leases and licences to assign which involves acting for both landlords and tenants, as well as commercial mortgages including development finance.
Kieran’s residential work includes remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, easements, houses with multiple occupation, and sales and purchase including high-value properties, shared ownership and complex transactions. His agricultural work includes farm sales and purchase, farm tenancy agreements, and easements.
Working closely with estate agents, mortgage brokers, accountants and other solicitors, Kieran strives to ensure transactions proceed smoothly. He aims to explain the conveyancing process as clearly and concisely as possible using plain English. A large part of his work comes from returning clients and recommendations from past clients and other professionals.
Outside the Office
Outside of work Kieran enjoys spending time with his young family and reading.
Qualifications & Experience
Kieran has an LLB in Law and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
He has 17 years’ experience in property work.
His work in this area is supervised by Mark Buswell.
