Simon began life in London before moving to Cornwall where he spent his formative years. He studied Law at UWE before embarking on his legal career in Bristol. In 2007 Simon and his family moved to Cornwall where he worked in various law firms before joining Nalders Solicitors in May 2015.
As a partner in our property department, Simon specialises in all aspects of commercial and residential property. He has extensive experience and knowledge of the Cornish property market and has a large client base across the county and beyond. Simon also acts for small developers, dealing with land acquisition, assisting with the planning process and subsequent plot sales.
He has vast experience working with commercial lenders, providing commercial finance to clients.

Simon lives in Truro with his wife and 3 children and enjoys (being a taxi at weekends!), spending time with his family, playing tennis and golf.
