Samantha was born in Cornwall and has spent her life in the beautiful Southwest. She studied Cilex at Truro College and Cardiff and Vale College, with a view to becoming a Chartered Legal Executive. Samantha completed the Cilex in June 2015, became a graduate member of Cilex (GCilex) and obtained her chartered fellowship status in 2017.
Samantha is part of our Residential Conveyancing team and specialises in residential sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, s106 affordable homes, shared ownership leases, new build purchases, Transfers of Equity, Land Registry voluntary registrations, Auction sales and purchases and Buy to Let acquisitions.
Samantha has worked for Nalders Solicitors since March 2007 at Farley House, Truro, before moving to our St Austell Office in 2010 to work and train in conveyancing alongside Simon O’Reilly. She moved back to Farley House in May 2016 to join the Head Office Residential Conveyancing Team.
Receiving many referrals from local estate agents and mortgage brokers is something that Samantha is very proud of.

Away from the office, Samantha enjoys horse riding, shopping and socialising.

Sam is a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. (CILEx Level 6 Diploma in law and Practice)
She has 17 years’ experience in property work.
Her work in this area is supervised by Simon Rogers.
