Rachel is native to Somerset, but has lived in Cornwall since a young age and considers herself Cornish. Having obtained her degree from the University of Plymouth, she went on to study the Legal Practice Course at UWE in Bristol, before returning to Cornwall to start her career.
Rachel is currently an Associate specialising in family law and civil litigation. She qualified as a solicitor in December 2014 and, after many years at another local firm, joined Nalders in August 2026.

- Pre and post nuptial agreements;
- Living Together Agreements (also known as Cohabitation Agreements);
- Separation Agreements;
- Will and trust disputes;
- Property disputes (including residential possession);

Rachel is a member of Resolution, and is on the committee of Cornwall Law Society.
Outside the Office
Rachel is a self-proclaimed bookworm and crafter. When not at work, she can often be found in her craft room, curled up with her two cats and a good book, or spending time with her family and friends.
