Born and bred in Cornwall, Leanne attended Plymouth and Exeter University, qualifying as a solicitor in February 2008. Previously a family solicitor, she developed a keen interest in property law and subsequently took a position at Nalders Solicitors in the Property department.
Leanne specialises in buying and selling properties/land, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, the Help 2 Buy Scheme and drafting various documents within the property world. She is based at our St. Austell office.

When she is not at work, Leanne enjoys gig rowing and running as well as socialising with family and friends.

Leanne has a LLB in Law and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
She has 9 years’ experience in property work.
Her work in this area is supervised by Catherine Hendry.
