Edward qualified as a Solicitor in November 2021 and was promoted to an Associate in June 2024. Edward specialises in both Residential and Commercial property matters. Edward started working at Nalders in August 2017 as an assistant in the Property & Private Client Departments working for Mark Buswell before commencing his training contract in September 2019. Edward gained experience in litigation & disputes, wills & probate as well as residential and commercial property during his training. Since qualifying Edward now handles extensive range of property matters, with a particular focus on commercial & development finance, HMO & BTL purchases and high value & high speed residential transactions. His focus is on providing a detailed and attentive service focusing on providing an efficient and prompt resolution to client’s legal issues.
Outside of the Office
Edward is a keen rugby player for Helston RFC and serves on the committee of the club. This leaves him acutely aware of the legal issues local community clubs can face and how they can be handled.
He is well known for advising a number of local breweries when not too busy sampling their wares.
Edward also spends most of his summer spare time out snorkelling or trying a new BBQ recipe.
Qualifications & Experience
Edward has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Master of Laws (LLM) from Swansea University.
Edward works in the property department and his work in this area is supervised by Mark Buswell.
