William has a wealth of experience in Private Client work, with particular expertise in the management and distribution of estates following a death, as well as the preparation of wills.
He also specialises in supporting vulnerable and elderly clients, with a focus on creating and overseeing Lasting Powers of Attorney. William is often appointed by the Court of Protection as a Deputy for individuals who have lost mental capacity and also acts as an Attorney for many clients. He is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly, a national organisation for professionals who support older and vulnerable people.
Outside of Work
When not at work, William’s main hobbies are messing about in boats and travelling with his family.
