Sarah is from Newquay and studied at Cardiff University before training to be a solicitor with a firm in Exeter. Sarah returned to the county where she took up a position as a qualified solicitor at Nalders Solicitors in 2003. Sarah now heads up the Wills and Probate department at our Truro office.
Sarah specialises in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, the administration of financial affairs, estate administration for both complex and more simple estates, deeds of variation, Inheritance Tax planning in Wills, Court of Protection applications and Trust advice including establishing, administering and terminating trusts.
Sarah is highly experienced and receives many referrals from existing clients. She is very approachable and flexible in respect of her work and as such her reputation is growing in the local area. She has a diligent and conscientious attitude which is reflected in the results she achieves for her clients.
Seminars & Training
Sarah, along with others in the Wills and Probate team, has run small group seminars to young carers on LPA issues. The department has also delivered tax planning courses to invited clients.
Outside the office
Sarah likes to enjoy outdoor life and walks, skis and rides horses in her spare time. Sarah is also a season ticket holder for the Cornish Pirates.

Sarah has a LLB in Law and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
She has 20 years’ experience in private client work.
Her work in this area is supervised by Mark Buswell .
