Ines qualified as a Solicitor in 2019 and was promoted to an Associate in May 2022. Ines specialises in both Residential and Commercial property transactions. Ines started working at Nalders in 2014 as a paralegal in the Clinical Negligence Department and was quickly promoted to Trainee Solicitor. Ines studied for and completed the Legal Practice Course whilst undertaking her training contract with Nalders.
Over the years, Ines gained some experience in divorce and financial related matters, wills and probate as well as residential and commercial property transactions during her training.
Ines now handles a broad range of property matters, including high value freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, development plot acquisitions and disposals, commercial landlord and tenant leaseholds, commercial mortgages, overage agreements and commercial lease extensions. Ines’ focus is on understanding clients’ needs whilst offering residential and/or commercial solutions to meet those demands.
Originally from Portugal, Ines is fluent in English and Portuguese; and speaks conversational Spanish and French.

Outside of work Ines is often found exploring the Cornish coast and enjoys learning new languages.
