It is therefore possible for us to continue to provide Wills for the majority of those who wish to make them, provided that we are sensible about the practicalities involved in taking and implementing your instructions.
Whilst satisfying the formal requirements of Will execution laid down by law, we remain mindful of the safety of both our staff and clients. To this end we have spent time and effort tailoring our processes to get the job done safely and efficiently. We are embracing the use of modern technology such as video conferencing and innovating new ways of securing the valid execution of a Will – such as that demonstrated below, where a traditional act receives a necessary contemporary twist.
