- representing father in proceedings concerning his children where disputed allegations raised requiring separate finding of fact hearing where judgement made in client’s favour
- representing wife in complex financial proceedings where husband financial control was found to be cohesive, successfully establishing that husband had disposed of assets to determent of client
- representing mother in successfully appealing placement of child for adoption and securing a special guardianship order in favour of grandmother against the recommendation of social services
