Lindsey looks after family clients in the southern and western parts of Cornwall though accepts instructions from anywhere in the UK and abroad. She has over 25 years’ experience in family law matters. Her work involves advising on divorce and financial settlements; dissolution of civil partnerships; pre and post nuptial agreements to preserve wealth; cohabitation agreements to avoid property disputes between unmarried couples; resolving property and financial disputes between unmarried partners; representing parents in court proceedings to obtain court orders regarding arrangements for their children; representing grandparents in proceedings regarding child arrangements and special guardianship, advising in relation to surrogacy and egg and sperm donation, and representing victims of domestic abuse with the obtaining of orders for their protection.
Having practiced in Cornwall since 1996, Lindsey has built up relationships with many professionals who can assist family law clients, including wealth managers, accountants, counsellors and other support agencies.
