One of Cornwall’s oldest and best-known law firms is pleased to announce the internal promotion of three of its staff: Christopher Gilbert, Catherine Hendry and Melanie Rowe.
Moving from solicitor to associate, Christopher Gilbert, who specialises in Wills, probate, trusts and later life care, states, “It is always a good feeling to know that the organisation you work for values your skills enough to provide growth opportunities. I am delighted to be given the opportunity to take on further responsibility within the firm”.
Christopher has a growing practice based in our Farley House office in Truro. A core part of his work is helping clients draft Wills, ensuring their wishes are clearly stated. In addition, Christopher is an expert in managing manage complex probate matters and drafting sensitive Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Catherine Hendry, a legal executive based in our St. Austell office, has become a senior associate. Catherine has over 12 years’ experience in property law and says that moving to a senior associate position affords the opportunity to implement her ideas for enhancing the already exceptional service Nalders Solicitors offers to conveyancing clients.
Finally, Melanie Rowe, who concentrates her expertise in employment and personal injury law, has been promoted to senior associate. Of this latest opportunity, Melanie says “Moving to a senior associate position gives me the chance to add to my management experience and provide guidance and support to our growing civil litigation and business law teams”.
