Olivia grew up in Cornwall before attending the University of Plymouth, where she completed her Law Degree in 2020. She continued to work full time whilst undertaking the Legal Practice Course and obtained a master’s degree through the University of Law. She qualified as a Solicitor in May 2025.

Olivia has worked exclusively in Family Law since the beginning of her training as a Solicitor and joined Nalders in March 2026, where she continues to work with clients across all areas of family law. Olivia’s work involves representing clients throughout their family matters which include dealing with divorces and the financial issues arising from the breakdown of a marriage; the drafting of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements; dealing with Living Together Agreements for couples intending to cohabit; and advising and representing clients throughout children proceedings.

Outside the office, Olivia can be found running, reading or hiking on the moors with her spaniel.
