Becca was born “up country” but raised in Cornwall. She attended Shebbear College in Devon before studying a Batchelor of Arts Degree in history at Swansea University. After university and a spot of travelling, she converted her history degree to law and completed her training contract in Exeter.
In 2008 she moved to Truro to be near her family and the beautiful sailing waters of the Carrick Roads. She practised as a solicitor at two local firms before joining the Wills and Probate team at Nalders Solicitor’s Falmouth office in October 2016 as an experienced Trusts and Estates solicitor.
Becca specialises in all aspects of Wills, Trust and Estate Administration and elderly client advice. Her particular interest and expertise lie in technical probate applications; drafting and administering family and property trust arrangements and Court of Protection Applications for individuals who have lost the mental capacity to manage their own affairs.
By taking a professional and empathetic approach to all her matters, Becca quickly establishes good working relationships with her clients and receives much of her work via word-of-mouth recommendations.

Outside the Office
Although there is not much spare time managing the expectations of two young and very active boys; Becca is an enthusiastic sailor and enjoys painting, baking and generally spending time with her young family on the beaches of the Roseland Peninsula.
